Flyer display
The Player 2 allows you and your recipients to view your Flyers, displayed in the highest possible image and sound quality. Business brochures, educational material and family photos can now be distributed by e-mail, so your most valued information is where you want it to be in a snap.
Small size
As the Player is compressed to an amazingly small size, downloading is fast and easy. At Digiflyer, we acknowledge that many Flyer creators and recipients are modem users. Therefore, we have ensured that the Player is small enough for a quick download, regardless of your Internet link up.
High quality graphics
When it comes to displaying colors, the Player rules. While most web related presentations do not go beyond the standard 256 color palet, Flyers support millions of colors. Because of this feature, photographs are displayed with superior quality.
Animation
Animation makes your Flyers come alive. Moving images will keep recipients' eyes glued to your mulitmedia message. Animation also allows you to put some fun into your Flyer.
Sound
The Player 2 supports sound in mono and stereo, in 22kH and 44kH. Flyers can contain a crystal-clear, impressive sound quality, making a presentation as enjoyable as watching your favorite movie.
Yellow notes
Just as the well-known tangible stick on notes, the Player's yellow notes allow you to add quick and easily detected message to your Flyers. This option is particularly handy when forwarding a business brochure or photo album to others.
Fast decompression
View Flyers within seconds. The Player decompresses the Flyers rapidly, so you will not have to wait very long to see the mulitmedia message displayed.
Internet integration
The Player is extremely compatible with other Internet related programs. Once the Flyer is finished you can start your e-mail application from within the Studio and send your message right away. In addition to interacting with your e-mail application, the Player can also be combined with browsers, establishing direct links to websites.
Enhanced viewing options
The Player's enhanced viewing options will allow you to display the Flyer in various capacities. There is the presentation mode, which lets you look at the Flyer and nothing but the Flyer, but you can also opt to hide the menu and navigation bars to take an even less cluttered look at the Flyer.
Cross-platform support
The Player is available for Microsoft Windows 95, Windows 98 and Windows NT as well as for the entire Apple Macintosh platform. (Version 2.0 beta 1 for Macintosh is released now.)
