Runnable Flyers
To be able to view Flyers, recipients need to have the Digiflyer Player installed on their computer. This may seem a disadvantage, but it is not. The Player makes software incompatibility obsolete, as no matter which e-mail client your recipient has, he/she is always able to view your multimedia e-mail messages. For easy Player software distribution, the Studio offers Runnable Flyers. A Runnable Flyer consists of a Flyer and a Player combined in a single installer. This means you only have to send a Runnable Flyer once, thereby installing the Player and displaying your first Flyer. After this first multimedia e-mail message, you can rest assured that subsequent Flyers will be viewed by the recipient, since the Player is already present.

Intelligent Flyers
Occasionally, you expect your recipient to have the Player installed, but you're not sure. In that case, send an Intelligent Flyer. This Flyer will check if the Player is installed, and if so, your Flyer will be displayed. If the Player is not installed, it will automatically download and install it from the web, displaying your Flyer afterwards.
