Digiflyer Support
In an ideal world, our software would be so perfect and intuitive that you would never need any support using it, and we would have all the time in the world to provide it - just in case. While this may not be completely realistic, we do strive to help you in using our software productively as much as we can.
In the first place, we do maintain two FAQ's (lists of Frequently Asked Questions and their answers): a FAQ for Studio 2 and a FAQ for Player 2. If you do have a question, please check these lists out first - this could mean a substantial timesaving for both of us.
Secondly, we provide online support. Sinds the company no longer exists,
we can not commit to
providing support to Digiflyer users, but we will attempt to answer each support questions within a few working days.
